Part One On Hair Growth. *PLEASE READ* I am going to do a part one, two, three, type series. I have too much to say on this topic so i have to break it all up into parts. And this is part one! Part One: How to grow your hair longer! This is about Cutting/Trimming your hair/split ends!

You have to cut/trim your split ends in order for it to grow nice, long, and healthy.. And aside from all of the products i will ever tell you about, please keep in mind EVERYONE has different hair, everyone is different we are all made different and what works for one person may not work for another. And that's okay, there is a million other options out there.. And please remember to take care of yourself, eat healthy (eat vegetables, nuts, and fruits) drink plenty of water, and take your vitamins!! Eat the foods, and take the vitamins that promote healthy skin/hair and promote hair growth..

Now let's get down to the cutting/trimming discussion!

If you dont cut/trim your split ends, your hair will split up, and break off. Which is not good, and will lead to hair thinning, and eventually, hair loss, and major breakage.....

So get a split ender it's worth it! Or trim your ends yourself, or have your hair dresser do it for you, or your mom, whoever! But dont cut 3/4 inches off, just cut the tiniest bit of the split end off.. There is no need to cut off a bunch of hair.. If you cut it shorter & shorter it'll just be shorter.. If you want it to grow... Dont cut so much off!!

Also aside from using the split ender i have my mom cut the very back of my hair (THE BOTTOM ONLY) not the layers- JUST THE BOTTOM, and only straight across.. Because i hate when it goes into a "V" shape.....
