If you want to hear from God, Be Quiet. (part one)

Revelations, Revelations........

God opens up my eyes, And show's me things in the funniest ways.

First i would like to say...The Lord is good.
No matter what i've done in my life, No matter how bad i am, Or how good i am,
No matter the situation, God is always Good, God always loves me,
And God is always there for me, Even when i am not there looking for him..


If you ever want to hear from God, Go somewhere where it's quiet.......

If you ever want to hear from God, BE QUIET.

Close your mouth,
Open your heart,
Open your ears, Your mind, Your soul,
And be quiet.......................... And still.


God cant speak to you, Or show you things, Or teach you things,
When the Tv is on............... And when someone else in the room is on the phone.

If your seeking God, By the time he goes to answer you-
You'll already be so into the episode of Wifeswap, Or the telephon conversation,
That you will forget you even talked to God or asked him for anything.


I love the moments when i am home alone,
And there is no Tv on,
No lights, And it's just peaceful and quiet.

Oh except for the fact the Devil is trying to interrupt me right now, By using my dogs.. They are arguing right now, Growling & Barking, So.... Bare with me...


If you've got something trying to attack your back- Rebuke it in the NAME OF JESUS.

There is nothing more powerful than the name of JESUS. Or Jesus Himsself. The Enemy can only attack you, If you allow him to! But Jesus can take care of that problem if you let him!

^ That is from my Heart ;) lol It came to me today!

There is some things in life, Your not going to understand...
But once you understand some things, You'll be able to get through things/situations a littler easier.

Your life is in God's hands.
Your plans are in God's hands.
Everything You've done, And what your wanting to do, Is all in God's hands,
And wether things work out as planned, or things fail for you,
It's still in God's hands.

God loves you, He wants to give you the desires of your heart. He knows what you want before you even ask him. He knows what you need.

And he will use you in so many ways if you let him.
He will take care of everything, If you let him.

Some people think.. bla bla bla, God does nothing for me, God has ruined my life, God has done this and that...... But have you ever stopped and thought...... Maybe... Those things happen because you wont allow God to do what he wants to do for you? God doesnt cause bad things to happen to his people. God gives everyone a chance for good things. But it's us- Who leaves the doors open for sin to sneak in, And destroy us.

If your not living for God, Your living for something else. And if your living for something else, How can you expect God to do all of the work in your life, and do great things for you? (not saying that he wouldnt.. but you just cant expect good things in your life, when you do nothing good yourself) *Im speaking to myself too.. Dont worry.. lol



If you've got a problem, He's got the answer.
And sometimes his answer might not be what you want,
But what you need is more important than what you want.


I've got a big hole in my tooth right now, That needs fixed-
My filling came out, and food always gets stuck in it, And im sure it's gonna start rotting pretty soon.

.... What i want, is more candy & sugar ;)
WHAT I NEED IS TO GET IT FIXED.

Oh the things we want, They are good... Yes they are.. For a short moment in time.


If i chose the candy and sugar, My tooth will then rot, which will probably cause an infection, and a big problem. And i'll probably have to get the dreaded root canal.

If i chose to get it fixed before it gets any worse,
Then everything will be just fine, and perfect...........

(just an little silly example of wants vs. needs)

I want i want i want,
I need i need i need.

I want to go on a vacation,
I want to go to the beach,
BUT...............

Grandpa needs someone to take care of him
He NEEDS someone to help him around.

Just another example, of wants vs. needs :)

Now i know.. My words are getting tosses around like the wind,
But i've got more to say...................

If you want something from God, Ask him for what you want,
And appreciate whatever it is he gives in return.
